Postage

  1. Postage is FREE to BUSINESS ADDRESSES for SALES in excess of $440 in Australia. This could be your work address or the address of a friendly business willing to take delivery for you. Using a business address will save you money.
  2. Normal Australia Post or Courier Charges apply to Domestic Deliveries - average for small order $33.00. Average for larger orders is $88.00.
  3. Average delivery time is 2 - 7 Working Days, dependant on stock and seasonal congestion.

  1. Credit Card (Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Amex accepted. Amex is subject to a 3% SURCHARGE).

  3. Internet Transfer

Warranty

  1. CHECK FABRIC BEFORE CUTTING! Warranty is void once cutting has commenced.
  2. Contact us. The Warranty is the manufacturer's. eFabrics will liaise with the appropriate company on your behalf.

Samples

  1. Some of our Suppliers (not all) will send up to 5 Samples to you completely FREE OF CHARGE.
  2. You are under NO OBLIGATION to buy those fabrics should you request samples.
  3. Each supplier has their own conditions regarding this service. Please refer to their respective sites in our fabrics section for further information.
